Final Project

Our last assignment is creating a content of images using all the tool we used throughout the semester. For my theme I took pictures around my neighborhood, and use photoshop to create some strange patterns and figures.

This image was from the neighbor's house with three satellite dishes. This is strange for me because, I've never seen anybody needed those so I had to take this shot. I used the pen tool on one of those dishes then duplicated another to create some kind of creature. I also used the curve tool to blend in with the sun and the shadow to make it look realistic.

This next image is suppose to be a face with sewers and burn marks. My neighbor is full of small sewers and burn marks because probably, there are lots of cars that the neighbors keep and more underground sewage. Before taking this shot, that road was completely full of burn marks, so I had to use retouch for this image, then using the pen tool to create something new.

This third image was taken at home. For some reason, I had no idea why I took this, but I had to find another weird idea for my content. I guess I need to be more clear and accurate on what I'm doing for this project so sorry for the confusion. Once again, I used the pen tool for the basketballs to create a tower. The point for this one is creating space and its unusual because when you stack more than one thing, the objects usually spill instantly. But definitely needs work on the curves, because the light is off on basketball on top, and it looks really fake.

This last image, was my toughest of all three. As I walked up the hill, there was this wired fence with attachments holding each wires. I used the pen tool and the magic wand to copy those attachments and place them where ever I want to put them in order to make it look weird and real. The bottom however was tricky, because some of those attachment were jagged and pen tool can't be always accurate as you wanted to be.

All those four images were my final four printouts for the final project. I had two more which I didn't pick because it looked original and not enough difficulty. Out of all the 300 images I shot, those four are my main ones to present to photography class.
